Training
Full Training
$750/month
A horse in our full training program will receive training/lesson six days a week and will be turned out every day. The property boasts ample turn out space where horses can enjoy our beautiful southern Californian weather. Valerie will determine what each horse needs to be the best they can be. Riders should plan to have a lesson on their horse four times per week with Valerie.
A horse in full training will also need to be in Full Care.
Full Care (Grooming)
$600/month
Horses in full care will be given grain twice daily and blanketed as needed, as well as groomed on days that Valerie trains the horse. Horses will be lunged as necessary.
Board
$1300/month paid directly to Paul Seitz. Includes stall, shavings, water & cleaning.
Leasing
Lesson leases are available starting at $1,750 for a “half lease” for riders jumping 2’3” or above and participating in county shows. This entitles a rider to three lessons on a designated horse per week.
DE Show Fees
Trailering - Del Mar $250 roundtrip; Temecula/SJC $450 roundtrip
Rail Fee Full Training Clients - $75/day/horse
Rail Fee Lesson Clients - $90/day/horse
Horse Use Fee - $90/day/horse
Grooming will vary by groom
